1. Scope
These terms govern use of MATRIOSHA resources, including public website information, CLI tooling references, and optional managed subscription guidance.
2. Service description
MATRIOSHA provides an encrypted, token-efficient, auditable memory-layer workflow with local and managed operation modes.
3. Open-source license reference
CLI components are provided under BSD-3-Clause license terms where explicitly stated in repository licensing files.
4. Managed subscriptions
Paid managed functionality, if selected by the user, is initiated and managed via CLI flows and associated billing provider steps. The landing page contains informational pricing only and does not provide web checkout logic.
5. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for correct configuration, key handling, lawful use, and secure credential storage.
6. Availability and changes
Features, pricing, and documentation may evolve. Reasonable maintenance and security updates may be applied.
7. Liability
There is unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage in case of breach of essential contractual duties. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Warranty
Statutory rights apply unless validly limited by mandatory law and the specific service model.
9. Termination
Users may stop using free resources anytime. Managed subscription termination and renewal details follow the active CLI billing terms shown at purchase time.
10. Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding UN sales law, to the extent legally permissible.
11. Consumer note
No Widerrufsbelehrung page is included at this stage by project decision. This should be assessed before commercial launch to consumers.
